How long does the shipping take?

Here are our standard processing and delivery timelines:

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days

Is it possible to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used swimwear (e.g. bikinis), or underwear.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

I'd like to cancel my order.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
